Not exactly: You should consult a nephrolgist, kidney doctor, to make sure that kidney function does not get worse. You may have an other good 30 years to go and you should take care of your kidneys. Some of the medications you are taking may not be good for your kidneys, so to reiterate, please consult a specialist.

Follow it: Keep your blood pressure under control. With a stable course as you describe, I would doubt you will have serious kidney problems in the coming decades. A creatinine of 1.2 isn't uncommon in women your age and most do not have trouble
