You are not bad: I don't know what your height is, but being 60 kgs is not bad for a 22 year old. I don't know what your trend is, though. The best way to lose weight is to go on a diet that promotes calorie burning. Avoid high calorie foods. Any processed (ready to eat) food is an example. Read the labels, compare packages and pick those with less calories. Aerobic exercises (cardio) is a must, 5 times/week.

Loose weight.: To lose weight insure that calories burned > calories consumed. Drink at least 8 - 8 oz glasses of water /day. Try for 8 hrs of sleep/night. Aim for at least 5 servings of vegetables & 4 of fruit per day. Use whole grains. Avoid sodas, alcohol & junk carbohydrates. Get in a good mix of aerobic & weight lifting exercises. Develop a realistic weight goal.
