Take a good multivit: You are young, and will do well on a good multivitamin. You can purchase that anywhere, and Whole Food has a lot of selection to choose from. Most of them are in or more than the minimum RDA. KADE are fat soluble. So you don't want to overdo. They can accumulate faster than the water soluble ones: B, C. Read the instruction to find out how many tablets you need to take per day. Usually 1.
