NONE: There is no drug-drug interaction between Keflex and iron supllement.

Should be fine: Iron may make you constipated. Keflex could give you loose stools. You can safely add MiraLAX (polyethylene glycol) or benefiber if constipated whilst on both meds. Good luck.
