Hypopituitarism: Pituitary dysfunction in females does not prevent orgasm. Other hormones to check would be thyroid and cortisol. Growth hormone deficiency causes fatigue and weight gain. Low estrogen is the biggest concern as it causes osteoporosis. Do a bone density.

Pituitary problem??: Pituitary dysfunction isn't treated with dhea. In fact, complications related to this, like hirsutism, may develop. If pituitary problems are considered then tests for other hormones should be done as hypopituitarism can be life-threatening without treatment. Testing for gh, acth, tsh, lh/fsh, and prolactin are necessary. Your gynecologist may be helpful regarding climax issues also.
