See a hand person: Unless the pain is getting better, see a hand specialist. Many things can cause hand pain. Your sounds significant and should be evaluated.

Need an evaluation: This could be a trigger finger, tendinitis or carpal tunnel syndrome. You need an evaluation with a hand surgeon. A shot may solve the problem.
