See obstetrician: You should check with you obstetrician, make sure your kidneys are working well, BP is normal and there is not any venous obstruction in your arm.Lower your salt intake to a minimum.

Carpal tunnel: This sounds like carpal tunnel syndrome. Ask your doctor to evaluate you for this. A plastic wrist splint available at any pharmacy can often help. Swelling in pregnancy compresses the median nerve in the wrist causing this very common problem.
