Please see a doctor: As simple/embarrassing as this may be, see an md. Getting a quick fix through this site is not proper medicine. Sounds like you may have a paraphimosis from a tight phimotic ring behind the head of the penis & this can lead to pain & swelling. Left untreated, it can disrupt blood flow to the tip of the penis. In extreme (& rare) cases, this may lead to:damage to the penis tip, gangrene, numbness.
