See your doc: Sorry, but you should see your doctor. You can try using over the counter Hydrocortisone cream - apply 3 times a day and very gently stretch the tissue. Hydrocortisone is pretty weak however, you will have much better (quicker) results with a prescription steroid cream.

Surgery or cream: U need to see a urologist. Definitive cure is circumcision surgery to remove tight foreskin. Some men respond to twice daily application of steroid cream, which requires dr's prescription to tight area, twice daily x 1 - 3 months. Problems needs treatment for hygeine, reove risk of penile cancer developing & comfort.
