Phimosis: Most Dr.s in the US recommend circumcision for 20-year-old with tight foreskin (phimosis). First alternative is 1% betamethasone steroid cream applied twice daily to tight area for 2-3 months which may take care of problem. 2nd alternative, if you wish to retain your foreskin, find a urologist who will perform a dorsal slit or prepucioplasty. Good luck.
