Stay on the meds: Antibiotics really take about 48hrs to do you some serious good, so stay on the mess to make sure they are working. Sounds like either an ear infection or a dental infection from a lower molar.

Dentist: You say that you have seen both doctors and i assume that to be a physician and dentist. You need your teeth checked for vitality, and percussion. You may have a dead tooth that needs a root canal or a crack. Cold sense? There are test that can be done to help determine the prob. If dentist is unsure, you may need a second opinion, and it may just be too vague to determine the prob right away.
