Stay on the meds: Antibiotics really take about 48hrs to do you some serious good, so stay on the mess to make sure they are working. Sounds like either an ear infection or a dental infection from a lower molar.

Another opinion: Please describe the pain in terms if quality, duration, what triggers the pain? Which teeth are hurting? Upper or lower teeth? Is one tooth hurting or more? Have you seen an ENT ? Please give more information.
