Dizzyness: don't understand what ears stringed means - do you mean ears syringed? Do you take you BP daily? Maybe your pressure is too variable? For any dizzy problem, standing in a corner where you can hold the wall if you need to, and turning first right to left, and then left to right is a good exercise. Try increasing the speed gradually.
