See answer : In one large study of 432 patients with primary complaint of "ear fullness" or "ear pressure" who were evaluated by ent, eustachian tube dysfunction was ultimately diagnosed in 28.9% of these patients. The next largest group, 13.4% of patients, could not be definitively diagnosed. Other major diagnoses included otitis media with effusion, chronic otitis media, and tinnitus. Cause not always found.

ENT: Seems that maybe you have not seen appropriate specialist- neurologist as well as ent. Probably allergies if persistent for so long but please see neurologist to be sure its not something more serious.
