8mm hyperplastic polyp in cecum. why wasn't it removed during colonoscopy? 3mm polyp removed in another spot.

Polyp: Not sure why this polyp was not removed, ask the doctor who performed the procedure. Possible reasons are where it was at, in the cecum, this is a large polyp you could have had alot of bleeding.
