Possibly: While those symptoms can be heart-related, other organ systems maybe the source of all those findings. Also, there maybe a combination of organs that may lead to those symptoms and findings. Leg swelling can be from kidney disorder or varicose veins. Chest pain can be gastrointestinal, pulmonary, chest wall, etc. A physician visit will be helpful.

Heart problems: Would certainly be in the differential diagnosis. A medical visit would be prudent - chest pain should never go unchecked, particularly in light of the other symptoms being reported.

Have it evaluated: A person with chest pain needs to be evaluated and treated appropriately. Multiple possible causes may be: heart attack, esophageal reflux, anxiety, musculoskeletal, pneumonia, pulmonary embolus, and aortic dissection. Have it evaluated right away to prevent potential serious complications.
