Low grade fever 99 to 99.5. Came on fast. Didnt have it all day then came fast. Body aching legs only. Stuffy dry nose little headache. Throat isnt hurting but feels dry snd bad smell. Is it covid or sinus infection or flu? What should i take? Tx?
