Here are some ...: Sore throat leading to slight short of breath is understandable. But what makes you saying "an infection of my testicle"? Pain or swelling or both? Testicular infection is not commonly related with upper respiratory infection, instead more often with STD-related urethritis. If pain in testis bothers you, one needs to consider testicular twisting for a 17-yr man if having no urethritis.
