It's ok: Uncooked soaked oats, like in muesli, are ok. Cooking breaks down cell walls, turns it into porridge, released mucilages and soluble fiber; makes it easier re: digestion, but not likely an issue with normal GI tract. Arguably some of the undigested carbs might increase gas (fermented by bowel bacteria).
