Probably ok: Not sure why you have indigestion or diarrhea but usually it is diet related. In general when this occurs, it is best to eat bland food, that is soft and easily digestible. Oats fall in that category. Papayas too if you dont have any allergies to this fruit or sugar problems since it is a high glycemic fruit.
