Seeds don't digest : In general most seeds which are not chewed will pass through your digestive tract unchanged. You usually do not notice this as it is hidden in your stool. Changes in diet such as a gluten-free diet can often lead to changes in stool color and character. Certainly if you have any other associated symptoms such as diarrhea, constipation, abdominal pain or weight loss you should see your doctor.
