No.: Savella (milnacipran) has only been found to help with the pain of fibromylagia. In theory, with helping pain, you can improve sleep and improving sleep might help with cognitive dysfunction. That would be a secondary benefit.

Looks promising: There are a number of articles showing milnacipran alone to be somewhat helpful in "fibrofog" and also at least one study suggesting efficacy of milnacipran added to pregabalin. Your results may vary, good luck!
