Okay.: Epocrates (interaction program) does not indicate any drug-drug interactions. Savella (milnacipran) is a snri and we frequently use benzo's and snris in combination without a problem.

Medical supervision: I didn't find any direct problem with this combination -- would suggest choosing only 1 benzodiadepine, though. With the supervision and help of your physician, you should be fine.
