TWICE DAILY: Half life of savella (milnacipran) is 6-8 hours so you can take one in the morning and a second one in the evening no greater than 12 hours apart. Do not have to be super strict about the timing. Good luck!

8-10 hours: Allow about 8-10 hours between doses.( its activity last about 8-10 hours). Be consistent so chose the times that work well for you. Be sure to report any behavior changes with your physician. Savella (milnacipran) may be taken without food, however some patients may tolerate it better if taken with food.

10-12 hours: There is some degree of forgiveness to the times but the closer to 12 hours apart the better.
