Very good: Savella (milnacipran) has become my first choice for treatment of fibromyalgia (note, i taper it upward at half the recommended rate to prevent side effects) i still use it in combination with physical modalities heat, stretching and pressure release, a graded aerobic exercise program and measures to improve quality of sleep.
