Needs evaluation: A smart man once said if the treatment isn't working the diagnosis may be wrong. I know of no shot for tinea. If you've been treating what you think is tinea with limited response, another exam & review of past treatments is worthwhile. Several skin problems can look like tinea, so your first you need to confirm the dx.
