Yes: Not sure about soap, but would recommend mild non-irritating product such as Dove. Selenium sulfide lotion: applied liberally to area allowing it to remain for at least 10 minutes prior to washing. In resistant cases, overnight application can be helpful. Topical azole antifungals can be applied every night for 2 week. Weekly application of either for following 2 months might prevent recurrence.
