Probably not: You are right to ask about interactions between medicines. Tikosyn (dofetilide) is an antiarrhythmic medication with a number of drug-drug interactions. Generally topical antibiotics (applied to the skin surface) do not interact with internal medications however it would be best to know the specific antibiotic to check for a specific interaction.
