How about 6-8 weeks: If you have any fracture in your tibia, you really have to assume that it will take at least 6-8 weeks to heal time factors include your age, activity, overall health and any possible medical problems.

Shin fracture : Painful shins can be the result of a stress fracture from multiple small contusions that did not heal. Ice the leg and take an anti-inflammatory medication. Make sure you take x-rays and follow up with some immobilization or strapping of the leg. See a specialist asap.
