I drank more water than usual today-- but every time i urinated, there would be a sharp pain in my bladder. ow, after not having urinated for a few hours, i feel a dull but strong pain in my lower abdomen. should i be worried about appendicitis?

Need to see your MD: Your symptoms sound like a bladder infection, how ever appendicitis is always a possibility with abdominal pains. . Go and see your doctor especially if you are worried about appendicitis.

Possible : Bladder or ureteral stone. Get evaluated by a urologist.
