Bladder spasms?: Probably should still get a urine test to be sure no infection. If crampy, sharp and intense pain, particularly if bladder very full, or just emptied (especially when was very full) may be bladder spasm. Try to urinate more often and at slightly slower pace for couple of days and see if pain resolves.
