A member asked:

Sharp belly button pain below and right side, frequent and painful urination (internal not burning)could this be appendicitis or bladder infection?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

Maybe...: If one has very uncomfortable tummy pain, and is normally in good health, plus is not pregnant, the possibilities include: appendicitis (usually right lower tummy), colitis, kidney problems, constipation (crampy), stomach flu, etc... Most people with moderate (more than mild) pain, or recurring pain, need a doctor's evaluation to be sure it is not appendicitis or something else similarly serious.
