Im a 18 and a runner who runs alot, i sometimes have feel short pressure on my lower back. what can cause it?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

Soft tissue : At age 18, it's unlikely you have any degenerative/arthritis changes that would cause this pain. It's likely that your pain is biomechanical and not structural. This means that you are getting some muscle, tendon or ligament dysfunction because of the stress and high-impact associated with running. I recommend an evaluation with a physician first, then a pt prescription with a focus on mechanics.
