?: "I'm on a BP 10 mg" - I assume you're saying that you're on a BP medicine that is 10 mg? Depending what it is, how long it works, and when you take it, it may be wearing off by morning. If your am BPs are consistently higher and the readings are accurate, that would be my best thought about it.
