Diagnosing high BP: High blood pressure typically requires multiple readings in different areas (not just the doctor's office). If you are not feeling well, then I do recommend getting treatment as soon as possible. But it is something you should monitor. Check it again later, and again a few days later, and once again next week. This will give you a better idea of your actual pressure.
