Brushing: A 3-up cannot effectively brush her own teeth, so it is important that mom/dad help with the brushing. This along with regular visits to the dentist should do the trick.

Good dental care: Children should start seeing dentist regularly starting at age one! tar build-up in adult is often due to smoking, caffeine/tea use without adequate brushing/flossing etc... For a 3 y/o, it is often difficult to pin point, but no dark soda (coke/pepsi)--actually should be no soda all together. Make sure u help brushing her teeth 2x/day, every day. Get her to the dentist for evaluation. Good luck.

Seek dental care/chk: Tarter build up on primary teeth is uncommon but not impossible. Have your childs teeth cleaned and checked for decay at your dental office. Make brushing fun by chasing the sugar bugs to be sure all debris are removed daily. You can floss your childs teeth by chasing the sugar bugs that hide. Remember keep it light and fun.
