Some thoughts...: There can be many reasons for the rash you describe, but i'd first look for any new medications started in the past month, i.E allergic reaction. Also, are you having fever, muscle aches, fatigue? You could be having some sort of infection. Bottom line, rashes like these are very hard to diagnose without seeing them, and because they're painful, i really suggest getting them checked out soon.
