Atypical Chest: Always warrants medical evaluation sooner rather than later. You need a thorough Physical Examination, Chest X-Ray, Lab Work including a CBC and test for Mono, possibly a CT of your chest. I am concerned about the possibility of a Aortic problem which is a life-threatening emergency. Go to ER immediately.
