Can be serious...: If not treated promptly. Gallstones in a common bike duct are usually associated with significant abdominal pain & sometimes vomiting. Jaundice will develop if not treated promptly, or pancreatitis or possible infection. Usually a gastroenterologist will remove the stones with an endoscopy procedure (ercp).

Choledocholithiasis: Cbd stones always require rx due to the risk of cholangitis and/or pancreatitis. They are best treated by endoscopic removal (ERCP) performed by a gastroenterologist if they don't pass spontaneously. This should be followed by cholecystectomy to prevent any other stones from entering the bile duct from the gallbladder.

Can be: Cbd obstruction can lead to liver injury and at times require emergent intervention such as ERCP or surgery to restore its patency.

How can I remove scabies mites from my house or carpet? Or my clothes?

Vacuum; wash clothes: To feel safe after the family had scabies or head lice, one can vacuum everywhere, and wash the washables (sheets, clothes) and dry them with the hot setting if the fabric allows it. Live mainly in one "safe room" that's super clean, and wait 10 days before living in the rest of the home. If extremely worried, repeat the vacuuming and washing once more, before living in the rest of the home.

Viral infection: Viral infections are the most common cause of gastroenteritis. This causes severe diarrhea and cramping. If it doesn't resolve over the next few days then i would see your physician. If you run high fevers or feel especially ill i would recommend getting checked out. Most of these resolve on their own.

What are the possible causes for the fluttering feeling in my stomach?

Many times its heart: Sometimes palpitations from the heart can feel like a stomach problem. The opposite is also true. So a n ekg and or a holter along with a GI work up such as an upper GI may be needed. The stomach and heart share nervous innervation and can have "cross talk". A thorough history and physical should be able to point your doctor in the right direction.
