I had a cbd obstruction caused by a gallstone. my ultrasound report said i had mild hepato-splenomegaly. once my stone got removed, i had another routine ultrasound where they didn't suggest hepato-splenomegaly. is it normal or should i be worried?

The hepatosplenomegaly was due to bile obstruction and it resolved when the stone had been taken out. You are safe now, nothing else to concern.
