TYLENOL (acetaminophen) IS OK: At doses less or equal to 2, 500 mgs a day. As long as you have healthy liver and stomach, that dose won't harm you.

Acetaminophen: Acetaminophen or Acetaminophen with low dose narcotics are a good choice.
