How long does it take two aspirin to act as a blood thinner?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

Aspirin: In an hour or so after swallowing two Aspirin enough should be in circulation to impair platelet function. If the Aspirin are chewed and dissolve in the mouth the effect will be more rapid.
