A member asked:

My wife is abusive, sleeps badly and seems depressed. is there a low-dosage, easily avaliable pill that could give her a break. could tamazepam work?

She needs her doctor: Your wife needs to find her own counselor and psychiatrist who she trusts and who can work with her to releive all of these symptoms. A pill alone is most likely not enough. Be supportive and help find the professionals she needs.

No pill for her : You need to understand what's going on here and you don't. You two have significant relationship problems, which can only be resolved by counseling, not a sleeping pill. By the way temazepam is a terrible drug. It is addicting and causes depression, a thing which your wife already experiences.
