Depressed: Wondering if u r taking any medications for depression or other health issues. Advise being evaluated by a psychiatrist for medications & also a counselor for psychotherapy.

Unusual: Depression is not generally caused by lack of intercourse, masturbation may be helpful but i would consider depression if you have insomnia, daytime sleepiness, high stress, etc. Treatment is easy and can even help arthritis pain in the case of cymbalta (duloxetine).
