Adds benefit &/- ris: Sometimes docs prescribe medication such as Remeron (mirtazapine) for its side effects (sedation) rather than its primary effect. as an antidepressant. This combination is not uncommon and generally safe at lo dose. But every medicine can have side effects & interactions .
