Posture?: Are you saying your legs tingle when you urinate? If so, and if it only occurs while standing to urinate, you may have nerve compression in lower lumbar spine. Such isolated symptoms are most unusual. Are you sure this is the only time your legs feel abnormal?

L5/S1: Pressure on l5/s1 nerve trunks. Don't force the urine out so hard and see if that helps.
