Try this:: Give this a try: 1) Shower or bathe just before bed (be sure the water is not too hot) 2)Be sure your sheets are high quality cotton and no more than 5 days between laundering 3) Read in bed at bedtime until your eyelids get heavy and you find yourself starting to lose your place 4)No TV, texting, or internet in the last 30 minutes before sleep 5)Soft, calm music is optional;6) nightlight optional
