I have a bump on the left of my back head it almost 2 month and its really hurt beside i also have a vertigo.. is vertigo give this effect?

Coincidence?: Did the vertigo start well before the lump appeared? If so, likely they are unrelated. If they appeared together, then this may be a coincidence or, less likely, two aspects of one underlying condition. Note if the lump long preceded the vertigo, then a relationship is also unlikely.
