Worried: You may have the wrong expectations about pain and your pain management needs. You should be looking for a board certified pain management specialist. You can go to abms.Org or abpm.Org to find a local specialist. You probably will not find anyone lenient though from these organizations.

Pain doctor: There is no such thing as a lenient pain doctor. Pain doctors will evaluate you and provide care that is appropriate and justified based on their findings (history, exam and tests, imaging etc..) - your expectations of needs does not necessarily mean they will be fulfilled. Its not like a pizza place where you order items off a menu.
