Myocardial Ab: I don't think many physicians have had experience with this test and its role in assessing cardiac disease, but it's my understanding that these autoimmune antibodies have different patterns by immunofluorescence in myocardial infarctions versus the pattern seen in systemic lupus or some other autoimmune diseases. I'm unsure of the value of this test as opposed to other tests of cardiac disease
